Ventizz Capital Fund IV, L.P., a Jersey-based private equity fund, has been the majority shareholder since 2008 and as of today owns 76,98 % of the shares in SSP. The fund is advised by Ventizz Capital Partners with offices in St. Gallen, Dusseldorf, and Vienna.
New Energies Invest AG, a Basel-based company, has been shareholder in SSP Technology since 2007 and today the investment company holds 18,26 % of the shares.
Ökorenta Private Equity 1, a Luxemburg-based fund, has been shareholder in SSP Technology since 2010 and today the company holds 4,43 % of the shares in SSP. The remaining shares are held by the two founders of SSP.
